Your artwork, ready to discuss

Prepare your logo for an embroidery request

Bring one logo version, a photo of the item and the details you want embroidered. This short checklist helps Beast Ink understand your design without guessing which lettering, placement or size you mean.

Artwork guide · Embroidery Beast Ink · Yonkers, NY

1. Choose one design version

Send the logo or artwork you want on this project. If you include inspiration photos, label them separately and explain what you like: the colors, lettering or proportions. Identify any changes you want made to your own design.

2. Type the exact lettering

Use the form’s “Exact text or names” field for spelling, capitals, accents and dates. Keep additions separate from the logo. For different names, pair each one with its item and size so the list is easy to check.

3. Show placement and size

Photograph the whole item and the area you want embroidered. Describe the position and use “Approximate design size” for a reference width in inches or centimeters. If you are unsure, share a photo showing proportions you like.

4. Send the details together

Add your quantity, whether you have the items and any needed-by date. Copy the request into Instagram and attach the design and item photos there. Put undecided details in the notes so they can be discussed together.

  • One identified logo or artwork version
  • Exact text, names and dates
  • Item photo and requested placement
  • Approximate size with its measurement unit
  • Quantity, item status and any needed-by date

Example — Hi Beast Ink, I have four black jackets and would like the attached logo on the left chest, approximately three inches wide. Add “Rivera Electric” below it with those exact capitals. I will attach jacket photos too. Could you review the design and placement for a quote?
