BEFORE YOU MESSAGE US

Send a clear
embroidery request.

A photo, a design, and a few details give us a useful starting point for your quote.

  1. Your item

Name the garment or accessory. If you have it already, include a photo of the whole piece and the area you want embroidered.

  2. Your design

Attach the logo or reference and type out names, initials, and dates exactly as you want them.

  3. Quantity

Include the total pieces. For a group, separate garment types, colors, sizes, and individual names.

  4. Position and size

Say front, back, chest, or side. Add an approximate width if you know it; otherwise ask for help choosing.

  5. Your date

Mention a needed-by date, if you have one, so availability can be discussed with the quote.
